Refund policy

We have a 10-day return policy for defective, damaged, or misprinted only, which means you have 10 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • In the same condition that you received it

  • Unworn or unused

  • With tags attached

  • In its original packaging

  • Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

How to Start a Return

Returns must be approved before being sent. Once your return is approved, you will receive instructions on how and where to send your package.

⚠️ Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.


Return Shipping Costs

  • If your item is defective, damaged, or misprinted, we will cover the return shipping costs and send a replacement at no additional cost.

  • For all other returns (e.g., sizing issues, change of mind, or buyer’s remorse) all sales are final and we do not offer returns or replacements. 


Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and resolve it promptly.


Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Perishable goods (food, flowers, plants)

  • Custom or personalized items

  • Personal care goods (beauty products)

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

  • Sale items

  • Gift cards

Exchanges

The fastest way to exchange an item is to:

  1. Return the original item

  2. Place a new order once the return is approved


European Union – 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification.

Items must still meet the standard return conditions listed above.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days

  • Processing times may vary depending on your bank or credit card provider
